Our spring challenge is off to a great start with the challengers making some great progress. Whether they are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, learn about healthy nutrition or are just in it for the fun, there is something we can offer to each challenger.
Although the challenge is only 8 weeks long, here at TFC we are hoping that each person walks away with lifestyle changes that can always use.
Some will learn how to keep track of their foods, some will learn the importance of meal prep and some will learn that just because you messed up one day, doesn’t mean that you need to give up!
At TFC we feel all of our clients have something unique and great to add to our challenge. That is why we meet in a group to discuss our accomplishments and our struggles.
