Oatmeal With A Twist
This is an oatmeal that make the night before and store in the fridge.
Write a review
- 1/4 C. Oats
- 1/4 C. of your favorite Yogurt
- 1/2 C. Milk/coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 Scoop of protein powder
- Place oats, yogurt, milk and protein in glass canning jar. Put lid on and shake it up well. Place in fridge overnight. Breakfast is ready in the morning.
Alternate with things such as
- Fresh Fruit, vanilla, maple syrup, chocolate protein, coconut
- The options are endless.
