- 1 Bunch of Kale
- Garlic Salt
- Red Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 350 Wash and dry kale, and break into 2-3 inch pieces. Lay flat on baking sheet that you have sprayed with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with red pepper, garlic salt and spray with a little more olive oil
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until crisp
