Try this great alternative to potato chips.  Less fat, packed with vitamin A and has about 3 grams of protein per cup.

Ingredients
  1. 1 Bunch of Kale
  2. Garlic Salt
  3. Red Pepper
  4. Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 Wash and dry kale, and break into 2-3 inch pieces. Lay flat on baking sheet that you have sprayed with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with red pepper, garlic salt and spray with a little more olive oil
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes or until crisp
