Lauryn Kaznowski – BS in Exercise Science,MS in Therapeutic Recreation. Personal trainer and group exercise instructor since 2009. 

Lauryn believes that fitness is a way of life, people can start bad habits, or they can start good ones.  Making fitness part of your life is a habit, and one that does not take long to start enjoying.

As a fitness competitor, collegiate athlete and personal trainer, Lauryn is aware that every body has different needs. From nutrition to work outs; Lauryn can find what works for you! No yo-yo dieting, no binge eating and guilt associated  food. With Lauryn you can learn to eat the foods you enjoy while achieving the body you want and deserve! 













Rosanne K

Rosanne Kaznowski – has  recently become certified in both group exercise and personal training.  

She has followed a holistic path since 2006, first becoming a Reiki Master then adding studies such as Holistic Stress Management, Aromatherapy, Nutrition and Holistic Practitioner.  Rosanne also is the owner of Island Bronzed, and has Incorporated this into the Fitness Connection

I am very excited to be a part of this business, my passion for health and well being is an intricate part of how I teach my classes as well as my personal training sessions.  I am looking forward to seeing  the positive impact The Fitness Connection will have in people’s lives.

Allen Hotaling has been teaching Zumba since 2013

AllenMy philosophy is everyone can do Zumba from I have never done this to I got this!

 I am so ready to do this! Come spend the very best hour you can spend anywhere. Come to class, its worth every obstacle that gets in your way…Say Hi Obstacle I see you are trying to stop me getting to Zumba, I will see you when I get back or, better yet not at all. Available for parties, corporate events and private lessons. 

About Me: Totally not into the group fitness scene, until I found a way to work out and have fun at the same time. Smiles are contagious, show me yours. I love my students and the flavor they bring to class. Taking a class is an unforgettable experience. Zumba=Happiness Just give it a try, trust me.





           Lauren Trippodo


Lauren Trippodo has been a professional in the fitness and wellness industry for the past 23 yrs.  Her love of teaching group fitness as a teenager exploded into a career dedicated to helping others live healthier and happier lifestyles!  Lauren holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Wellness Promotion as well as multiple national training certifications. She is a NASM- Certified Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist and is a certified health coach through Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  By constantly educating herself, Lauren is able to share this knowledge with her clients and integrate new things into their training experiences. Teaching fitness classes is Lauren’s #1 passion and she has been an instructor of everything from Spinning to Silver Sneakers for more than 2 decades! During the past 5 years, Lauren has begun to incorporate more mind/body into her philosophy.  2017 marks 4 years as a student of Yoga study at Shakti Yoga Woodstock and the completion of her 500HR Teacher Training Certification. As a personal trainer, rehabilitation therapist and exercise physiologist, Lauren has had the opportunity to work with many populations and conditions. The goals of Lauren’s clients definitely become her own.  She specializes in creating creative, well-rounded, safe and effective programs that meet the needs of individuals where they are in order to help them achieve true life-changing success on their wellness journeys




Dance Xross Fitness

           Monica Ayres


Monica has been a member at TFC since August and has been teaching DanceXrossFitness (DXF) on and off for a year. 

She loves the combination of dancing, strength training, and kickboxing, and thinks it’s a fun way to mix up the normal routine.  She teaches a class for all skill levels and invites everyone to come try something new!
