Hey Everyone! With our new gym being open and in full swing, we are staying open later and offering more classes, which is awesome! However getting home at 7:00 7:30 every night, proved to be a challenge for the family waiting at home for dinner. I still wanted to have healthy meals but was finding it difficult to do that and not end up eating at 9:00pm.
I then broke out my crock pot and started looking up healthy meals on the internet. Much to my surprise, I have made some awesome low fat healthy dinners that I put all in one pot. I leave for the gym and when I return home at night, there is a meal waiting for all of us to share.
I have made things like pulled chicken, chicken parm, roast beef with carrots and potatoes, stew, chili including my famous white chicken chili. This list goes on……
So for all of you busy families who are trying to eat healthy and give your family an awesome variety of meals, get out the old crock pot and start inventing!
