4 weeks ago we started our 2016 spring challenge. As of yesterday we are 1/2 way through!! Although we only weighed and measured 5 out of 20 challengers we are so excited to share that these 5 women have lost 18.1 pounds and 21.5 inches!
We are so proud of these challengers and we can’t wait to see the results of our other participants. These challengers had no quick fix! No special diets, no magic pills. They committed to exercising more frequently & made small changes in their diets. Hard work pays off!
