Fit for Motherhood is a program created for moms, by moms. By bonding with your babe, socializing with other mommas and getting in your daily exercise we provide essentials that all mothers need. The focus of the program is to strengthen your body, bond with your baby and build relationships with other women. All mommas are welcome however we recommend babies are between 3 months and two years old. 

 

 

Babes at the Barre 

Babes at the Barre is a combination of ballet, Pilates and resistance training done while baby wearing. This class will focus on strengthening your core and pelvic floor as well as toning your arms, legs and glutes. Although motherhood can be exhausting this class will lift you up and leave you feeling refreshed and energized. 

*make sure to bring your baby carrier (if your babe is too big for a carrier, please feel free to bring a stroller)

Core Restore 
 
This is a total body sculpting class designed for the post partum momma. The focus will be rebuilding your core muscles after childbirth but also getting your heart rate up and burning fat. It doesn’t matter where you are, we will help you get to where you want to be. During this 45 minute class you will work with weights, resistance bands, yoga balls and your baby to achieve the best possible workout. This class will leave you sweaty and feeling accomplished. Mommas got her groove back!

Fit for Family
 
This class focuses on overall health and wellness. While mommas socialize and exercise, babies will explore, grow and learn. Although it sounds simple, come ready to sweat, jump, crawl and play. You may use free weights, resistance bands, a parachute , maracas- you just never know!
