If you like bananas and oatmeal here is a quick and easy breakfast to start your day. This is packed with fiber and protein and keeps you full longer then that donuts you may grab on your way into work.
It is easy to make and you can try a cold version as well.
- 1/2 C quick oats
- 1/2 C water
- 1/2 Scoop Banana Protein
- Cook oats on stove or microwave, while that is cooking mix protein powder with a little water. Cut the banana in think slices.
- When oats are done, mix the protein powder in; stir well
- add banana
- For another variation you may add a half cup of your favorite Greek yogurt.
- You may eat this hot or cold. Yumm
